| The Harvest Family Center Multi-Purpose Hall
Building Seed-Planting Proposal! God is amazing! We celebrate His faithfulness for His provision of 1.86 million Baht (S$82,667/US$57,231) to purchase the Harvest Family Center on Oct 8, 2009 and another provision of 793,434 Baht (S$35,264/US$24,413) to renovate the building, build an extra office, a store room, 4 new toilets and some fixtures. The children in the slum community are streaming in for the feeding program, the weekday tuition program and the Harvest Saturday School. Now we are bursting the seams of the Family Center – more than 70 children from the slum communities and with more coming. God has given us a big dream to build World Harvest Destiny Center, a bigger facility on a nearby piece of land (about 2.5 acre) but this project will take about another 2-3 years to complete. Meanwhile, we are planning to build a multi-purpose hall on the field just in front of the Harvest Family Center building. This will make space for more children, possibly about 150-200 children to use this facility. This multi-purpose hall can also double up for new projects that we would like to start on a small scale in preparation for the World Harvest Destiny Center. We hope to start work on this multi-purpose hall in July 2010. The architect projects that it would take about 3-4 months for the building to be completed. We hope to have this hall ready for the launch of our World Harvest Training School in December 2010. God is on the march as the world is spinning into chaos. May the people of God respond speedily. “Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all the unfortunate.
